    1. I can’t see content that other users can see.
      You may not be a member of the appropriate community. Dependent on community permissions, the content within that community may or may not be visible to you. If a community is open to join, you can join it on the “all communities” page which is in the top navigation menu.

    1. I am not receiving any email notifications.
      Check to make sure that your email subscriptions are turned on. This can be accessed through your profile under the “My Account” tab where the link says “Community Notifications” – see screen shot below.



      There are several different settings included digest format and real time notifications. Digest format will send you all messages from the community on a daily basis, aggregated into one email. For testing purposes, real time notifications work well.


  1. How can I access the community on my mobile device?
    You can engage with the community either by navigating to it in a browser on a mobile device, or through whatever your preferred email client might be.
